Eligibility for Returns

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

• Certain products such as personal care, beauty, health, and wellness items are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

• Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
